Every time “optus perks” operator answers they think they put me through to the real optus perks section, however they put me back to to the start again. So now you can enjoy superfast mobile internet in loads of metropolitan, regional and holiday areas. Worse customer service ever Pity I cannot give 0 stars as Optus perks is number 1 for this.

And then… I saw it! My Account Do all the stuff you need to do online. Unbelievable, optus knows that the ticket prices are the same but they still advertise moviw cheap tickets. I’ve been an optus member for three years now and with tickes service they keep giving, don’t think I will to much longer.

I just bought some from Costco Moorabbin. There is no difference in normal price tickets and buying via optus.
I agree with MELso that having to go to the movies to book online when there is no one at the counter is stupid. Pity I cannot give 0 stars as Optus perks is number 1 for this. Prices updated Optus are giving away entry to90 days Netflix vouchers for those who register to the new program. No one knew anything about it.
Optus Punk’d After registering for Optus Perks, I followed all the links through to the Optus badged Hoyts site only to be charged the exact same amount!
Might sound obvious, but… did you just put it in, switch on the phone and then you could receive the Optus Perks confirmation SMS, or did you have to activate a plan? This is acknowledged by Optus in its Oputs page. Just checked Telstra Thanks – same thing. Charging a fee for online seems crazy. In the end I tried to buy perks tickets again for the correct date but couldn’t get the website to work, couldn’t get through on the phone to the help line after calling three times and waiting on hold until the system hung up on me, ended up having to buy full price tickets.
What a poor team. I’ve solved the mystery! Do all the stuff you need to do online.
